FULLERKREG general-purpose Torx pan head screws (hexalobular socket pan head screws) are manufactured to GB/T 2672-2017 and the equivalent international standard ISO 14583:2011(MOD). GB/T 2672-2017 is the Chinese national standard for hexalobular socket pan head screws, equivalent to and modified from ISO 14583:2011.
- Covers sizes M2 through M10 with nominal lengths from 3 mm to 60 mm (size-dependent).
- Thread tolerance: 6g per ISO 965-1.
- Torx drive sizes follow ISO 10664. The hexalobular recess provides higher torque transmission than Phillips or slotted drives with reduced cam-out risk.
- Mechanical property requirements for Class 4.8 are defined in ISO 898-1 and the corresponding GB/T 3098.1.
- Low carbon steel C1008 is cold-formed without heat treatment; suitable for non-critical and light-duty fastening applications.
- Zinc plating and Cr3 passivation comply with ISO 4042 and GB/T 5267.1. Trivalent chromium (Cr3) passivation contains no hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) and is fully RoHS and REACH compliant.
- Marking: Strength grade 4.8 marking may be omitted on small sizes where head space is insufficient.
