Introduction
DIN557 nuts are square nuts, also known as square nuts. Their shape helps prevent them from loosening during use. The corner bearing surfaces mate with the mounting surface, preventing them from spinning. Square nuts are also suitable for placement in slots, effectively preventing them from rotating when screwed in.
DIN557 nuts are not as easy to install as DIN934 and other hexagonal nuts. Please be careful when selecting them.
