DIN 434 Square Washer (For Channels) — Complete Product Series

FULLERKREG DIN 434 square beveled washers are manufactured to DIN 434 standard in a full range of materials and surface treatments. DIN 434 is a square taper washer with an 8% bevel (approximately 4.6°) specifically designed for use with steel channels (UPN / UPE / C-sections). The tapered profile compensates for the natural inward slope of the channel flange, ensuring the bolt head or nut bears flat and evenly — eliminating bending stress on the bolt shank and ensuring correct structural bolt behavior. Two grooves run the full length of the washer to accommodate the channel flange radius. Available in stainless steel, HDG, and zinc CR3 finishes to suit all exposure conditions. Size range M10–M36.
