GB/T 2672-2017 is the Chinese national standard for hexalobular socket pan head screws, equivalent to and modified from ISO 14583:2011.
- Covers sizes M2 through M10 with nominal lengths from 3 mm to 60 mm (size-dependent).
- Thread tolerance: 6g per ISO 965-1.
- Torx drive sizes follow ISO 10664. The hexalobular recess provides higher torque transmission than Phillips or slotted drives with reduced cam-out risk.
- A4 stainless steel is defined in ISO 3506-1 as austenitic stainless steel with molybdenum addition (SUS316 / 316L equivalent).
- Strength grade A4-70 indicates minimum tensile strength of 700 MPa per ISO 3506-1.
- Marking: Products are marked with the manufacturer identification and strength grade A4-70 where size permits.
