Surface Treatment — Mechanical Zinc Plating

At 430–510 HV hardness, conventional electroplating introduces hydrogen embrittlement risk. Mechanical zinc plating (tumbling with zinc powder and glass beads, no acid pickling, no electrical current) eliminates this risk while providing 8–25 um zinc coating.
