DIN 6916 Structural Washer — Complete Product Series

FULLERKREG DIN 6916 hardened structural washers are manufactured to DIN 6916 standard (equivalent: ISO 7416, DIN EN 14399-6) in 45# medium carbon steel, quenched and tempered to 300–370 HV hardness. DIN 6916 washers are specifically designed for use in high-tensile structural bolted connections (HV / HSFG assemblies) with property class 10.9 bolts. The washer features 45° chamfers on both inner and outer edges and is marked H/HV per DIN 522 for structural assembly identification. Available in zinc CR3, black oxide, and hot-dip galvanized (HDG) finishes to suit all exposure conditions. Size range M12–M36.
