DIN 6796 Conical Spring Washer – Spring Steel, Phosphate Black
FULLERKREG DIN 6796 Conical Spring Washers (also known as Belleville washers or disc spring washers) are engineered for bolt/nut assemblies requiring sustained clamping force under dynamic loads, vibration, and thermal cycling. Manufactured to DIN 6796 (October 1987) and ISO 7090 standards, these washers deliver superior axial spring force compared to conventional flat or split lock washers.

Key Features & Application
- 🔩 High Axial Clamping Force — Generates 1.5–4× the clamping load of standard flat washers; maintains preload under vibration and thermal expansion/contraction cycles.
- 🔄 Reusable & Resilient — Spring steel construction allows repeated assembly/disassembly without loss of spring characteristics, provided washer is not flattened beyond design limit.
- ⚙️ Stacking Flexibility — Stack in the same direction to multiply load capacity; stack in opposing directions to increase deflection range and shock absorption.
- 🛡️ Vibration Resistance — Ideal for engines, turbines, generators, heavy machinery, and structural bolt assemblies subject to dynamic loading.
- 🏭 Phosphate Black Finish — Provides mild corrosion protection and excellent paint adhesion; suitable for indoor and controlled-environment applications.
- 📐 DIN 6796 Compliant — Designed specifically for bolt/nut assemblies per DIN 6796 (October 1987); not interchangeable with DIN 2093 disc springs.
