High strength:
Under the premise of ensuring the tensile strength of 1,400Mpa, the elongation rate of more than 9% can be achieved, and the same toughness of 10.9 grade can be achieved.
High toughness:
The 14.9 Cap bolt is stiff without being brittle. The bolt can be bent by more than 60 degrees. It provides great safety under huge loads.
Anti-delayed fracture:
Using 40CrMoV steel from BaoGang, China, greatly improves the resistance to delayed fracture.
High temperature resistance:
85% of the tensile strength can be maintained in an environment of 400 degrees.
