Chapter 1: Birth — The Wire Arrives 🏭
Every fastener begins life as a coil of raw wire or bar stock. It arrives at our facility full of potential — and full of unknowns. Before anything else happens, our IQC (Incoming Quality Control) team steps in like a strict school admissions officer.
The wire is tested for annealing condition, tensile properties, and surface quality. It goes through acid pickling and automatic sorting. Only wire that passes every check earns the right to move forward. The rest? Sent back. No exceptions.

Chapter 2: Adolescence — Forming & Growing a Shape 🔨
Now the real transformation begins. The wire is cold-forged, hot-forged, or machined into the rough shape of a fastener. Threads are rolled. Heads are formed. Flanges are pressed.
This is the awkward teenage phase — the fastener exists, but it’s not quite finished yet. Our IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) inspectors watch every step: cold forging dimensions, hot forging tolerances, thread rolling accuracy, and tapping quality. Any deviation gets flagged immediately.

Chapter 3: The Trial by Fire — Heat Treatment 🔥
Every great fastener must face the furnace. Heat treatment — quenching and tempering, annealing, or age hardening depending on the alloy — is where a fastener’s true character is forged.
This is not optional. This is where a soft blank becomes a hardened, dimensionally stable, mechanically certified component. Our IPQC team inspects every batch coming out of heat treatment for hardness, microstructure, and dimensional stability.

Chapter 4: The Glow-Up — Surface Treatment ✨
Now it’s time to look the part. Depending on the specification, the fastener receives its surface treatment: passivation, zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, PTFE coating, or simply a clean bare finish for stainless and special alloy grades.
IPQC checks the surface treatment quality — coating thickness, adhesion, appearance, and compliance with the specified standard. A fastener that looks wrong on the outside often signals something wrong on the inside.
Chapter 5: The Final Exams — Finished Product Inspection 📋
The fastener is nearly ready to face the world. But first: finals. Our finished product inspection covers three critical areas:

Before the fastener is boxed up and shipped, our FQC (Final Quality Control) team conducts one last review: label verification, packaging count and format, and lot number traceability. Every box must be correctly identified, correctly counted, and correctly documented.
Because a perfect fastener in the wrong box, with the wrong label, is still a quality failure.
Chapter 7: Leaving Home — OQC & Outbound Inspection 🚢
The final checkpoint before the fastener leaves our facility is OQC (Outgoing Quality Control). A random sample from each outbound shipment is re-inspected against the order specification. Dimensions, appearance, documentation, and packaging are all verified one last time.
Only then does the fastener earn its Material Test Certificate (MTC), get loaded into the shipment, and head out into the world — ready to hold together a chemical reactor, an offshore platform, an aircraft engine, or whatever demanding application awaits it.

What Happens to the Ones That Don’t Make It? 🚫
Not every fastener graduates. Non-conforming parts are handled through a strict NCR (Non-Conforming Report) process:
